Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of Elite Gilbert Water Damage (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at https://elitegilbertwaterdamage.com. By accessing or using this website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, please do not use this website or our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Gilbert Water Damage. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Services Overview
Elite Gilbert Water Damage provides professional services in Gilbert, AZ. All services are performed by licensed, insured professionals in accordance with applicable state and local building codes. Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are non-binding approximations based on visual inspection and available information at the time of assessment. Final project scope and pricing are defined in the written contract signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Estimates and Contracts
Free estimates requested through our website or by phone are provided at no cost and with no obligation. An estimate is not a contract and does not commit either party to proceed. Once you decide to move forward, a detailed written contract will be prepared specifying the full scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, total cost, payment schedule, warranty terms, and any applicable contingencies.
No work will begin until the written contract has been signed by both parties and any required deposits have been received. Any changes to the agreed scope of work after contract signing must be documented in writing as a change order, signed by both parties, before additional work is performed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the project contract and may vary depending on the scope and nature of the work. For insurance-covered projects, we work directly with your insurance carrier; your responsibility is typically limited to your deductible as determined by your policy. For non-insurance projects, a deposit may be required at contract signing with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of work.
We accept payment by check, credit card, ACH bank transfer, and approved third-party financing through our lending partners. Late payments on non-insurance projects may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, as specified in the project contract. Elite Gilbert Water Damage reserves the right to suspend work on any project with a past-due balance until the account is brought current.
Warranties
Elite Gilbert Water Damage provides a written workmanship warranty on qualifying installations, covering defects in installation and labor. The specific warranty term applicable to your project is stated in your contract. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by: acts of nature occurring after project completion; unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties; failure to maintain the property as recommended; or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to our office and will be inspected within 10 business days of receipt.
Insurance Claims Assistance
We offer assistance with insurance claims for storm damage at no additional cost. Our role is limited to documenting damage, providing repair/replacement estimates, meeting with insurance adjusters, and filing supplements when the initial assessment undervalues the necessary work. We are not a public adjuster and do not act as your insurance representative.
You retain full responsibility for your insurance policy, deductible, and any decisions regarding your claim. Elite Gilbert Water Damage is not liable for claim denials, underpayments, or disputes between you and your insurance carrier.
